The “Melvin” – 500m swim workout
1. After warmup, swim 100m fast noting your time.
2. Swim 200m at a moderate pace.
3. Rest, noting your time.
4. At next :05, swim 100m freestyle, aiming to be as fast as first 100m swim.
5. Finish with 100m at an easy pace.
