Meet Sid and Dotty. We caught up with these two competitors at the 2017 Huntsman Games in St George, UT. Sid and Dottie are only months apart in age and still highly competitive in the track and field events.
Sid – at 92 years young is competing in his 30th Huntsman Games. After years of fighting addiction problems he took up running in his 50’s. He has ran 51 marathons.
Dottie is vibrant and full of “spark” at 92 years young. She has been running for years and demonstrates qualities we all strive for. She still runs 2-3 5Ks per year. She has ran 5 marathons and recently at the age of 90 retired running 10Ks.
